What an incredible day it was at the Filipino Community Basketball Tournament held at Rio Sporto Arena, Kaunas!
The event brought together nine teams from Vilnius, Kaunas, Klaipėda, Kaišiadorys, Panevėžys, and Alytus. Each team arrived with energy, determination, and impressive talent, creating an exciting atmosphere both on and off the court. While the tournament showcased competitive basketball, its true spirit went far beyond the games.
It was a celebration of friendship, unity, and the shared passion that connects Filipinos across Lithuania. Players, and community members came together to cheer, encourage one another, and strengthen the bonds within the Filipino community.
We were also honored by the presence and support of representatives from BITĖ Lietuva, PMC / Profesijų Meistrystės Centras, Lietuvos Vežėjų Profesinė Sąjunga / Lithuanian Carriers’ Trade Union, and Ashley Asian Store & Resto Lithuania. Their valuable services and continued support play an important role in helping our community grow and thrive.
Events like this would not be possible without the dedication and generosity of many people.
