MWO Prague and Philippine Embassy in Warsaw conducted PAOS and Labor Outreach in Kaunas, Lithuania

The MWO Prague, together with the Philippine Embassy in Warsaw and in partnership with the International Organization for Migration (IOM), conducted a Post-Arrival Orientation Seminar (PAOS) and Labor Outreach to support our OFWs in Lithuania.

The PAOS, which follows the Pre-Departure Orientation Seminar (PDOS), serves as a vital orientation for Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) upon their arrival in the host country.

It was an insightful and empowering session that helped our OFWs better understand their rights and responsibilities, as well as the Philippine government’s programs and services available to them on-site.

The seminar also offered valuable information on local customs, culture, and traditions, along with practical strategies to help our OFWs adapt successfully to their new work environment.

A heartfelt thank you to Ambassador Alan Deniega and Labor Attaché Llewelyn Perez for leading the team and bringing much-needed government services closer to our mga kababayans here in Lithuania.
